Meetings

Saturday, 28th February 2004

The Branch AGM will be held in Bristol at our customary venue, Broadmead Baptist Church (The Marshman Room). Suitable accompanying entertainment in the form of a film show, etc. to be advised later.

Wednesday, 17th March 2004, Cardiff

A joint meeting with CTPG at County Hall, Cardiff Bay, 7.0pm.

Address by Trevor Roberts, MD of Newport City Transport. For travelling members a connection to/from a railhead at Newport station may be arranged.

Saturday, 9th October, EXETER

We return to our now familiar venue at the Exeter Transport Club premises (convenient to the bus station) where the speaker for the afternoon will be Chris Hilditch, MD of Stagecoach Devon.

Saturday, 4th December, SALISBURY

The 2002 meeting at Salisbury having proved so popular we meet again at the centrally located Red Lion Hotel where the speaker will be Mr Chris Harris, Marketing Officer for Wilts & Dorset, who will focus on the transition to Go-Ahead Group ownership.

Salisbury is an excellent centre for Christmas shopping so this is an opportunity to bring the family along for a day out. Those from Somerset might like to avail themselves of an offer by branch member David Grimmett of Traveline who is running a coach tour from Minehead in conjunction with the meeting and which will pick up also at Taunton (Bus Station) 0950, then Cartgate services (A303 near Yeovil) 1025.

Previous years' programmes: 2001 | 2002 | 2003
