Meetings and Visits in 2006


Meetings and Visits are open to all Members of the Society, and often to non-members, subject to limits on numbers and prior booking with the Branch Secretary:

    presentation on "The Oxford Bus Company", by branch member and MD of Oxford Bus Company Phillip Kirk

  • Saturday 28th October, 2006

    "UNITED, United, Reunited" - Alan Silcock will present a selection of prints illustrating a personal view of United, its associated companies, and its successor.

    1330 at Stockton Library.

  • Saturday 25th November, 2006

    Slide show by well known local photographers David Little, Geoff Stainthorpe and Ian Hope. Poland in 1972, plus a selection of trams and Trolleybuses.

    1300 at Brunswick Church Centre, Newcastle.

All meetings are open to members of other branches and non-members looking to join the society.

Stockton Library is situated just off Stockton High Street

Brunswick Church Centre is situated in Central Newcastle, off Blackett Street, behind Fenwicks
