A unique organisation The Omnibus Society studies all aspects of the history, current operations and future development of British bus and coach services. Whether your prime interest lies in past or present operations, company or route history, fleet changes or any other aspects, the Omnibus Society will keep you informed and take you behind the scenes. Meetings of the Society, in venues across the country, are regularly addressed by leading figures from within the industry and we run series' of study tours - visits to several operators in an area. The Omnibus Magazine contains historical and topical articles and records route development across the UK. The magazine is backed up by more detailed publications from our regional branches. The society's extensive archives of timetables and other printed material  are available for your research.
